The LLM(CFL) at HKU provides world-class academic expertise in corporate and financial law, covering domestic and international legal issues and key aspects of legal doctrine and practice in a sophisticated common law commercial jurisdiction. Hong Kong’s status as a leading financial centre—with an advanced judicial system and sophisticated financial regulatory platform—offers an exceptional backdrop for study. Students must complete 72 credits, including a capstone experience; up to two courses may be taken from other LLM specialist programmes, subject to the Regulations and Syllabus for the intake year.
