HKU Law’s LLM with Specialisation in Competition Law and Policy leverages the Faculty’s long-standing strength in competition law, taught in English, and focuses on competition law and economics as the theoretical foundation. Students survey law and practice across jurisdictions and explore cutting‑edge topics, preparing for roles in a fast‑growing field in Asia. To be awarded the specialisation, candidates must complete 72 credits comprising two compulsory courses, one capstone, two designated electives, and three other electives, following the LLM regulations and syllabuses.
