The MSc in Construction and Real Estate at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University broadens and deepens knowledge in the construction and real estate sectors. The programme targets professionals and graduates in fields such as architecture, building, engineering, surveying, management, property & real estate, and planning. It offers flexibility to specialize in construction, planning and development, or commercial property, covering core subjects such as project management, real estate economics, asset management, urban planning, and law. The programme is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
