The MA in Fashion and Textile Design at the School of Fashion and Textiles, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, is a one-year full-time programme that fosters innovative designers equipped with a deep understanding of contemporary fashion, textiles, technology, and industry practices. The programme merges creative practice and critical theory, emphasizing craft and digital innovation, sustainability, and personal creative identity. The curriculum includes common core subjects such as Personal Creative Identity, Professional Practice, Virtual Fashion Creation, Design Practice and Ideation, Creative Methodology, Fashion Technology and Product Development, Fashion Branding, and culminates in a Personal Major Project (final collection, portfolio, thesis, and presentation).
