The BBA Management programme at the College of Business, City University of Hong Kong, aims to provide students with professional capabilities to manage people, teams, and organizations in local and international contexts. The major offers two specialized streams: Human Resources Management (HRM) for those targeting careers as HR specialists or consultants, and Strategy and International Management (SIM) for students aspiring to handle strategic development and international business challenges, especially in the Asia Pacific region. Students choose their stream at the start of their second year. The curriculum integrates core management theory, decision-making, leadership, organizational change, and business strategy.
