This program, the world’s first bilingual MA in creative writing, is designed for cultural professionals to develop advanced creative writing and cross-cultural communication skills in both English and Chinese. The curriculum is led by award-winning writers and professionals from diverse backgrounds. Aimed at writers, publishers, editors, curators, heritage and arts professionals, teachers, media professionals, and others engaged in the cultural and creative industries, the program provides critical and creative training to equip graduates to engage with social issues, promote civic engagement, and address challenges in local and global contexts. The coursework integrates writing with broader historical, cultural, gender, and media studies perspectives.
