Launched in 2001, the Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons) in Chinese Medicine is the sole full-time undergraduate pharmacy programme funded by the University Grants Committee in Hong Kong. The curriculum integrates pharmaceutical science of Chinese Materia Medica, Chinese Medicine theory, Western pharmacy, and practicum training. Research concepts and 'Whole Person Education' are emphasized, and students complete a 15-week practicum plus an Honours Project in their final year.
