This 1-year part-time programme is jointly offered by the School of Continuing Education, Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU-SCE) and Edinburgh Napier University (ENU). It is designed for HR practitioners and support staff aiming to advance into people management roles. The curriculum combines contemporary HR theories and business-focused strategies with global case studies, aiming to develop graduates with international perspectives and practical competence. The program covers six modules: Human Resource Development; Individual Differences 2; Managing the Employment Relationship; Organisational Change Management; Strategic Management in a Global Context; Work Psychology. Graduates receive the degree awarded by ENU. Classes are typically held on weekday evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays at HKBU Kowloon Tong campus or other learning centres.
