The Master of Philosophy in Education (Mathematics Education) is designed to equip students with both foundational and advanced theoretical knowledge of mathematics curriculum development, teaching philosophy, research methodology, and instructional design. The curriculum covers current issues and advancements in mathematics education and prepares graduates for research, teaching, or curriculum development roles. Students are required to complete a combination of coursework (compulsory and elective modules) and conduct original research culminating in a thesis. The program requires 30 credits, including the successful public defense of an original research thesis.
