A flexible MSc designed for engineers, teachers of engineering, and engineering policy makers to develop the skills and knowledge to lead change, lead teams, enhance engineers’ performance in industry, improve engineering education quality in universities, and influence engineering education policy. The programme blends theoretical and practical frameworks to redesign and deliver engineering education, with strong emphasis on leadership and professional skills and inputs from industry experts, UCL researchers, and policy stakeholders. Students complete 180 credits: two core modules (60 credits), optional/elective modules (up to 60 credits, including choices from IOE and the Faculty of Engineering Sciences), and a 60-credit dissertation. Modular (flexible) study is available, typically lasting 2–5 years.
