The Cornell MBA/MILR dual degree program is designed for graduate students seeking comprehensive training in both business administration and industrial/labor relations. Offered jointly by the SC Johnson College of Business and the ILR School, the program prepares professionals for advanced leadership and strategic roles in human resources, management consulting, labor relations, and executive business leadership. Students earn two master’s degrees over 2.5 years, completing MILR core courses (Labor Relations, Labor and Employment Law, Statistics, Organizational Behavior, Labor Economics, Human Resource Management) and Johnson MBA requirements. Most students undertake internships between years one and two, and benefit from the career support and alumni network.
