The Master in Public Policy (MPP) at Princeton’s School of Public and International Affairs (SPIA) is a one-year, rigorous, fully funded graduate program designed for mid-career professionals with at least seven years of relevant full-time work experience in public or non-profit sectors. The program equips rising public service leaders with advanced training in policy analysis, quantitative methods, and leadership. Students complete eight courses (with broad elective flexibility across four fields) and participate in a summer preparatory program. All MPP students also receive full tuition coverage and a need-based living stipend, with admissions based solely on merit and holistic review. The program is ideal for advancing to senior leadership roles in government, NGOs, or international organizations.
