The Master of Chinese Economic and Political Affairs (MCEPA) at UC San Diego’s School of Global Policy & Strategy is a two-year, full-time professional degree designed for students interested in the economics and politics of China. The program combines core training in economics, management, political science, and quantitative methods with intensive China-focused coursework and the opportunity to specialize in areas such as the Chinese economy, politics and public policy, environment, or foreign relations/security. Students are mentored by leading China scholars and complete individualized programs of study.
