The Anthropology (Biological Anthropology) BA at UC San Diego provides students with a comprehensive understanding of human origins, evolution, and biological diversity, integrating approaches from genetics, neuroscience, and ecology. The program emphasizes the study of human and nonhuman primate societies at multiple levels: molecular, organismal, and socioecological.
