The Dual Degree Master of Arts in International Digital Advertising at Michigan State University’s College of Communication Arts and Sciences is a two-year, two-country residential program jointly run with the Communication University of China-Hainan. The curriculum is designed to prepare students for international careers with a focus on both China and the United States. The program emphasizes media convergence, professional research, as well as practical skills, combining cultural literacy, technical expertise, and innovative thinking. Students spend their first year at CUC-Hainan and the second year at MSU, completing a total of at least 46 credits. Graduation requires either a thesis (Plan A) or a culminating professional project (Plan B). Successful graduates receive degrees from both institutions.
