NYU School of Law’s specialized LLM in Corporation Law connects law, business, and finance through a flexible core curriculum in corporate and securities law, finance, bankruptcy, and advanced seminars. Students can enroll in transactional and Law & Business courses—often alongside MBA students—to learn deal design, negotiation, finance, and implementation, and may count up to six credits from NYU Stern toward the LLM subject to program rules. The program is embedded in a rich ecosystem of centers such as the Pollack Center for Law & Business and the Institute for Corporate Governance & Finance, and is directed by leading faculty in corporate, bankruptcy, and law-and-economics.
