NYU School of Law’s specialized LLM in Corporation Law connects law, business, and finance through a flexible core curriculum in corporate and securities law, finance, bankruptcy, and advanced seminars. Students can enroll in transactional and Law & Business courses—often alongside MBA students—to learn deal design, negotiation, finance, and implementation, and may count up to six credits from NYU Stern toward the LLM subject to program rules.
