NYU School of Global Public Health offers thirteen undergraduate combined (co-)majors, including Global Public Health/Biology with the College of Arts & Science (CAS). The co-major is not a standalone degree; students complete 6 public health core courses (24 credits), 1–3 combined major electives, 90 hours of public health experiential learning, and a required semester-long study away at an NYU global site, while simultaneously completing all CAS Biology major requirements. This interdisciplinary structure integrates research, policy, and practice to prepare students for roles in not-for-profits, government, social service agencies, and international health services or for graduate study (e.g., MPH) .
