NYU’s School of Global Public Health offers thirteen undergraduate combined majors; the Global Public Health/Food Studies option (with NYU Steinhardt) integrates public health with food studies. Students examine food systems across history, culture, politics, economics, and geography, alongside public health foundations such as epidemiology and policy, aiming to improve health outcomes across diverse populations. Coursework is paired with required experiential learning (90 hours) and a semester at an NYU global site.
