The Global Public Health/Nursing co‑major combines NYU’s nursing curriculum with an in‑depth public health perspective. It is not a standalone major and must be paired with a degree‑granting bachelor’s program (CAS, GLS, Meyers, Silver, or Steinhardt). All GPH co‑majors complete six public health core courses (24 credits), 1–3 combined‑major electives, 90 hours of experiential learning (UGPH‑GU 60, after UGPH‑GU 10/20/30), and a required semester of study away at an NYU global site.
