NYU SPS DAUS’s BA in Applied General Studies is an interdisciplinary major that lets students design their own plan of study by combining courses across disciplinary boundaries, built on a strong liberal arts foundation. All DAUS students complete 32–34 credits of liberal arts core, emphasizing persuasive writing, broad conceptual understanding in science, history, culture, and the arts, and the development of analytical and reasoning abilities. The program leverages New York City’s cultural, economic, political, creative, technical, and business resources to enrich learning and prepare students to address real-world challenges across professional arenas. 来源： https://bulletins.nyu.edu/undergraduate/professional-studies/programs/applied-general-studies-ba/
