The Master of Clinical Research (MCR) at The Ohio State University College of Nursing is a 100% online, interdisciplinary graduate program designed for students with a bachelor’s degree in any field. It prepares graduates for a variety of professional roles in clinical research, including management, regulatory compliance, and administration. The curriculum covers scientific research design, ethical and participant safety, investigational product development and regulation, data management, study and site operations, as well as leadership and communications. Students select between two specializations: Clinical Research Management and Regulatory Affairs, with coursework taught by both the College of Nursing and the College of Pharmacy. The program is accredited by CAAHEP and ensures graduates achieve industry-recognized core research competencies. Admission is available three times per year (Autumn, Spring, Summer).
