The MPA/MBA dual degree program at the John Glenn College of Public Affairs (in partnership with the Fisher College of Business) at The Ohio State University offers integrated training in both public and business administration. Students gain interdisciplinary expertise, preparing for leadership roles in public, private, and nonprofit sectors. The dual degree enables completion of both the Master of Public Administration (MPA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in three years, compared to four years if pursued separately. The curriculum combines coursework in areas such as public policy, public sector economics, leadership, business management, and organizational strategy. The program is designed for those seeking to effectively manage resources and understand public-private partnerships, public finance, and change management in various organizational contexts.
