Students apply social theory and research methods to analyze the foundations of modern society and envision potential positive changes. Year 1 covers social theory and research traditions, with optional units in criminology and international development. Year 2 deepens knowledge in contemporary social theory and data analysis. Year 3 features a dissertation and a wide range of optional units, allowing students to focus on contemporary sociological issues.
