The Master of Digital Media (MDM) is an intensive, cohort-based 16-month program designed to equip students with advanced skills in digital media through a combination of coursework, team-based projects, and industry collaboration. Students develop essential competencies in communication, collaboration, leadership, and technical expertise by working on real-world projects with industry partners and faculty. The program is delivered by the Centre for Digital Media, a collaboration between Simon Fraser University and three other partner institutions, and prepares graduates for leadership roles across the digital media sector. Upon completion, students become alumni of all four partner institutions.
