The BMBS Medicine program at Lincoln Medical School, delivered jointly by the University of Nottingham and University of Lincoln, offers a comprehensive 5-year curriculum leading to dual awards: Bachelor of Medical Sciences (BMedSci) after year 3 and the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (BMBS) upon completion. The course is structured with early and integrated clinical exposure, case-based learning, and a research project. Students benefit from state-of-the-art facilities and diverse placements with NHS partners across Lincolnshire. The final two years focus on immersive clinical placements across specialities, preparing graduates for registration with the General Medical Council and entry into the UK Foundation Programme. The 2025 intake is the final cohort for this pathway at Lincoln.
