The MSNPL program at the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy & Practice (SP2) is designed for aspiring and current nonprofit professionals, social entrepreneurs, and career changers wishing to make a significant social impact. The program equips students to be transformative leaders and innovators for social good in nonprofits, foundations, international NGOs, and more. The curriculum comprises 10 course units (CUs): 4 NPLD core courses; 4 NPLD electives; and 2 graduate-level electives, which can be taken in any school at Penn. Required on-campus or online orientations and a leadership practicum placement support hands-on development. Students may complete the program full-time in under a year, part-time over 2.5 years, or fully online. The program is suitable for domestic and international students seeking advanced leadership and management skills in the nonprofit/NGO sector.
