This is a research-based master's program offered at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Université de Montréal, with a specialization in Pharmaceutical Technology. The program is designed to train future researchers in the field of pharmaceutical technology, involving advanced study and research in drug formulation, delivery systems, and pharmaceutical processes. Most credits are awarded for a substantial research project culminating in a thesis, while a minority are from related coursework. The program aims to foster in-depth knowledge and hands-on research experience, preparing graduates for further doctoral study or research-intensive roles in the pharmaceutical industry and academia. Instruction is primarily in French, but there is possibility for English use in research activities and thesis writing.
