The BSc (Hons) Dental Therapy & Hygiene at King's College London is a three-year, full-time undergraduate program designed to train students as safe beginner clinicians ready for General Dental Council (GDC) registration and employment as dental therapists or hygienists. The curriculum provides early clinical experience, a spiraled modular structure with 360 credits split equally across three years, and interdisciplinary components to build a broad knowledge base in diagnostics, patient care, prevention strategies and treatment. The course integrates closely with the Dentistry BDS program, featuring co-training with BDS students, and offers placements across various London sites.
