The Honours Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Sciences program at the University of Ottawa (Faculty of Health Sciences) equips students with comprehensive scientific knowledge about food production, consumption, and metabolism, and explores their effects on health, disease prevention, and management. Students develop expertise in the physico-chemical and sensory properties of food, microbiology, and food safety.
