Dalhousie University’s Master of Information (MI), offered by the Faculty of Management, is a graduate program designed to empower students at the intersection of people, information, and technology. The MI program features a flexible curriculum, small class sizes, and hands-on work-integrated learning opportunities. Graduates may pursue careers as librarians, archivists, information managers, digital service designers, and information architects. Both thesis (research) and course-based study options are available. This is a direct-entry program for students holding any recognized undergraduate degree, and no prior professional experience is required.
