The Bachelor of Agriculture in International Food Business at Dalhousie University's Faculty of Agriculture is a unique, modularized, competency-based undergraduate program. It focuses on giving students real-world skills for leadership in the international food industry, including global supply chain logistics and new product development. The four-year program alternates study locations between Dalhousie in Truro, Canada, and Aeres University in the Netherlands, culminating in two degrees: a BAgr from Dalhousie and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Aeres. The curriculum integrates business, economics, and food policy with practical modules and internships to prepare graduates for the complexities of food business on a global scale. The program is taught in English and requires a strong foundation in both academic and practical business skills.
