Recommendation Letter: During the online application, you must enter contact information for 3 ACADEMIC referees (not personal or employment). Once your application is submitted, the referees will receive an email to fill out an electronic form that will automatically be sent to the Department. Writing Sample: Academic Writing Sample: 5 – 10 pages; preferably submitted for a university-level course (please add your name on the document)
