The Master of Architecture (Professional) at the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape and Design, University of Toronto, is a rigorous three-year program preparing students for professional architectural practice. The curriculum is broad, with foundational courses in design studio, history, theory, technology, structures, visual communication, ecology, city planning, and professional practice. Optional courses and electives allow further specialization, and the program culminates in a thesis supervised by faculty. The advanced-standing option (2 years) may be available to applicants with relevant backgrounds.
