The Master of Information (MI) at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Information is internationally recognized and offers several concentrations, including Critical Information Policy Studies. This concentration explores how information shapes public policy, data governance, privacy, ethics, and regulation in contemporary societies. The curriculum is interdisciplinary and prepares graduates for leadership roles in policy analysis, public sector organizations, and advocacy related to information systems and digital technologies.
