The MASc in Biomedical Engineering at Temerty Faculty of Medicine, University of Toronto, is a research-focused master's program. It immerses students in the application of biomedical sciences and engineering principles to address human health challenges. The program offers advanced training in disciplines such as biomaterials, medical imaging, biomedical devices, and assistive technology. Students conduct supervised research leading to a thesis and benefit from the interdisciplinary expertise of faculty at one of North America’s largest medical faculties. Funding is provided for two years, and graduates are prepared for advanced engineering roles or further doctoral study.
