The Master of Public Health (MPH) in Indigenous Health at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto, is a professional (non-thesis) graduate program for both Indigenous and non-Indigenous students. It delivers a broad public health education with specific expertise in First Nations, Inuit, and Métis knowledges and methodologies. The program prioritizes Indigenous pedagogies, land-based learning, engagement with Elders and Knowledge Keepers, and community engagement. It involves a two-week residency and in-person sessions, followed by core and elective courses, and incorporates a practicum in Indigenous organizations.
