Transcript: Presenting official certification (transcripts) that you have completed an undergraduate or graduate degree within the past three years in a university in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom (or any country in which the primary language is English), where the language of instruction in the relevant educational institution was English, and the language of instruction in your most recently completed undergraduate or graduate degree was English. Curriculum Vitae: Professional Resume is required. Personal Statement: Statement of Intent (once the online application process begins, applicants will have access to the ‘three’ Statement of Intent questions) is required. Recommendation Letter: Two letters of recommendation – academic references are required unless the candidate meets the work experience criteria, as defined in the “Application Process” section, in which professional references may then be substituted.
