The Saskatchewan Collaborative Bachelor of Science in Nursing (SCBScN) is a four-year undergraduate degree program jointly delivered by the University of Regina (Faculty of Nursing) and Saskatchewan Polytechnic. The program, fully accredited by the Canadian Association of Schools of Nursing (CASN) through 2030, prepares students for a career as a Registered Nurse (RN). The curriculum features a blend of theory and extensive clinical practice starting in the first year. Multiple pathways are available: direct entry for high school graduates; a bilingual option (50% French and 50% English, exclusive to Regina); LPN to BScN and RPN to BScN bridge programs; Upper Year Admission for those with nursing credits; and an After Degree option for those with a prior approved degree. Graduates are eligible to write the NCLEX-RN exam and consistently achieve high pass rates, qualifying for RN registration in Saskatchewan. International students with a study permit may apply.
