The Master of Arts in Integrated Humanities at the University of Guelph allows students to develop a custom program of study focused on one of three fields: French Studies, European Studies, or Francophone Studies and Transcultural Europe. The program fosters a flexible, interdisciplinary, and transdisciplinary approach, offering research expertise areas including European literature and culture, France, Quebec and French-Canadian literatures, Caribbean and African literatures, identity discourses, and pedagogical practices. Students can explore topics like memory, trauma and migration, gender identities, multilingualism, sociolinguistics, literary translation, and more. The program also offers a dual degree pathway with Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
