This multidisciplinary program explores the intersection of law, public policy, and social and criminal justice in the Canadian context. Students gain a critical understanding of criminal justice institutions (police, courts, corrections), the legal system, government processes, and the formulation and impact of public policy. The curriculum includes core and elective courses in sociology, political science, criminology, psychology, philosophy, and history, preparing students for diverse careers or graduate studies in related fields. Both regular and co-op streams are available, with hands-on opportunities to gain real-world experience.
